Lifestyle Focused Psychiatry

A personalized, modern approach to mental health—focused on clarity, balance, and long-term wellbeing.

At Sohm Psychiatry, individualized care goes beyond treating symptoms, integrating evidence-based psychiatry with lifestyle strategies to help you feel more grounded, capable, and confident in everyday life.

Our Approach

Care, Precisely Tailored

This is a practice built around discretion, intention, and individualization. There is no templated pathway. Care begins with a deep understanding of who you are—your priorities, your pace, and the standards you hold for your life.

The Foundation: Lifestyle, Elevated

Together, we refine the essentials—sleep, nutrition, movement, and rhythm—into a foundation that supports stability.

Lasting Mental Performance

The work centers on sustaining clarity, strengthening resilience, and identifying early shifts before they become disruptive. The aim is a level of functioning that is steady and intentional.

About Me

Hi, I’m Dr. Natasha Patel! I am a board-certified psychiatrist with the American College of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN) specializing in adult psychiatry.

I take a collaborative and evidence-based approach to care, integrating psychopharmacology, psychotherapy, lifestyle optimization, and sustainable daily routines to support long-term wellness.

Among my many clinical interests include mood disorders, anxiety disorders, and trauma-related conditions. I believe effective care begins with a strong therapeutic relationship and a thoughtful treatment approach.

As a Virginia native, I attended Virginia Commonwealth University where I obtained my Psychology degree, fostering an early interest in mental health. I earned my Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed residency training at HCA Florida Orange Park Hospital, where I served as Chief Resident.
